Triple Chamber Oil Press is designed for High Capacity Oil Millers. Having a large crushing capacity and made of premium quality materials to ensure effectiveness and ease-of-operation. Besides, its designing makes it compact thus saves space at industrial sites. Multiple oil presses can be arranged in one pressing line depending on the capacity required.

Tulsi 1500 is suitable for pressing a wide range of oilseeds & nuts, such as soybean, rapeseed (canola), cottonseed, groundnut / peanut / earthnut, coconut / copra, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, mustard seed, shea nuts, niger seeds, castor seed, neem seed, cashew nut shells, etc.

The press can be adjusted to specific types of oilseeds by changing the size of the screw flight and setting the drainage slot. The press is designed for oilseed processing by both cold and hot pressing, as well as extrusion–pressing.

» This expeller has Three Chambers of Cast Steel each of 36″ Long.
» Cake thickness can be adjusted on running Machine.
» Worm Assembly, discharge ring, Sliding ring are all hard faced.
» Main Worm Shaft can be withdrawn without disturbing the Gear Box.
» The shaft is water cooled.
» Crammer Shaft is fitted on the feed body & driven by geared motor (3 HP).
» Base and bodies are fabricated from Tested Mild Steel.

Cooking Kettle: 66″ Diameter, 5 stage vertical unit with fabricated shell, steam jackets, agitators to prevent burning of seed, level indicator flap, center shaft driven by independent geared motor, steam inlet, condensate outlet, pipes, valves, fittings & all necessary accessories. Exhaust fan is also provided to extract excess steam or moisture from cooking chambers. Kettle is supported separately on a fabricated structure.
